About Us

Lisivaini is a family-owned winery and restaurant by Lisi Lake, where Georgian tradition and modernity come together in one space.

Our story begins in our great-grandfather’s time — for him, winemaking was not just a profession, but a way of life. That love has carried on to this day, and we continue what our ancestors created with heart and hard work.

The 200-Year-Old Oda

The 200-year-old oda at Lisivaini is an old Imeretian wooden house that we fully restored by hand and relocated to Lisi Lake.

To this day, it offers our guests:

- family warmth

- an authentic Georgian atmosphere

- the spirit of an old village in a modern setting

Our Wine

Our cellar continues the tradition of our ancestors.

We produce wine both in qvevri (traditional clay vessels) and using classical methods, and in total we make 9 types of wine.

International success:

- Lisivaini wines are now shipped to Portugal, Germany, and Australia

- Our qvevri wine is especially recognized

- In 2022, Lisivaini won a prize at the prestigious IWSC competition in the UK

Restaurant

Lisivaini’s restaurant offers Georgian dishes based on our grandmothers’ recipes, enriched with subtle modern touches.

Each dish is created to:

- be in perfect harmony with our wines

- leave guests with the warm feeling of being at home

Our spaces include:

- a large hall for everyday guests

- a special event space

- a courtyard with a view of Lisi Lake for relaxation or enjoyable time with friends

Events

Lisivaini often hosts special occasions. You can celebrate here:

- weddings

- christenings

- birthdays

- corporate meetings

- team-building events

We approach each event individually and strive to create the most comfortable, warm, and sincere atmosphere for our guests.
